The Service

The Service helps you prepare Requests for Proposal for commercial real estate leases. Documents it produces, including text drafted with AI, are drafts for your review. They are not legal, tax or brokerage advice, and you are responsible for their content before you send them.

Your account and content

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in email secure.
• You keep ownership of the requirements, branding and documents you create. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to use or that is unlawful.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Drafts beyond your plan's allowance are billed per draft on your next invoice. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. [Refund policy.]

Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, abuse of the AI features, automated scraping, or attempts to access other users' data.
