This policy explains what REoptimizer® RFP Builder, provided by [Company legal name], collects and how it is used.

What we collect

Account details: your email address and name, and your sign-in provider if you use Google or Microsoft.
Content you create: RFP requirements, recipients and landlord contacts, edited text, and branding (logo, signature block).
Billing records: plan, subscription status and draft usage. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
Technical data needed to run the Service, such as session cookies and server logs.

To provide the Service, generate your documents, bill your plan, secure accounts, and support you. We don't sell personal data.

Anthropic (Claude) processes RFP requirements when you choose "Draft with Claude". Your target budget is never sent, and in confidential mode the tenant's name is withheld.
Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers sign-in emails. [Hosting and database providers, e.g. Vercel and Neon.]
